Who we are

We sell the tickets. That's our job.

We're Latin party organisers from Chile. For the past year we've been running nights with Miércoles Po, Club Mandala and Club Ambar in Chile, and we now also work with ILUMILATIN Events. We bring that know-how to Cairns. Selling tickets and putting people through your door is what we do best.

Our nights in Chile

This is how we throw a party

In Chile we usually run themed nights like these: costumes, characters, a strong concept and a packed dance floor. For Cairns we're going all in on one thing: a reggaeton-only night.

A Latin party built to mix people

Cairns has a growing Latin American community and a steady flow of travellers and students from all over the world. LatinMix puts them on the same dance floor, with music everyone can move to and activities that get strangers talking.

Reggaeton from start to finish: the old school classics everyone knows, today's hits and full perreo at peak hours. Whether guests grew up with these songs or are hearing them for the first time, the whole room dances.

Get people mixing

Pick your wristband, then find someone with a different one

Every guest can choose a wristband for their culture at the door. It's optional and it's the starting point for the night's games. Tap two wristbands to try it.

Find another colour

Take a photo with someone wearing a different wristband and go into the raffle.

Culture bingo

Cards with squares like "someone from Chile" or "someone who speaks three languages". Complete a line to win.

Throwback moment

A block of 2000s reggaeton classics where the whole room sings along, whatever language they speak.

Hora loca & giveaways

Props, confetti and prizes from local Latin businesses to lift the dance floor at the right moment.

We sell the tickets, you run the bar

A simple split for the first night. No hire fee, no risk for the venue.

At least 3 weeks out, so we have time to sell tickets. If it works for both of us, we make it a monthly Friday.

Let's book the first night

We're looking for a venue for a Friday night. We agree the date together, at least 3 weeks out so we have time to sell tickets. A 15-minute chat or a coffee is enough to work out the details.
